I’ve said that my 2026 kid crop has been the most consistent one yet. When you have to show 4 of those keepers in the same age class, you do your best to keep track..haha..right. What I did notice is that they all swapped around in the upper half (more often than not) of each of the classes. When one is gawky and awkward at one show, they shine at the next. Funfetti was a favorite from the GET GO. At our last show of the season she got her chance to shine. She was so balanced and pretty from the start. Bonus is her dam is the goofiest, sweetest goat in the herd, not to mention one of my absolute favorite first freshening udders.

At this time I plan to keep her open for the 2027 season, however, open to pairing her with a buck should she start to pack on the pounds.
